Today, we are thrilled to introduce a bright star in our story: Olivia Haynes, the youngest daughter of Chad Haynes, owner of 911 Restoration Central and North West Arkansas has become a certified technician at the age of 12.

Olivia has officially earned two of the most rigorous and respected certifications in the disaster recovery industry through the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification):

• WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician): This certification validates her deep knowledge in water science, moisture mapping, psychrometrics (the science of drying), and the health hazards associated with water intrusion.

• ASD (Applied Structural Drying): Building on WRT, this advanced hands-on qualification covers the complex physics of structural drying. It equips Olivia to dry building materials, hardwood, drywall, and commercial structures safely, efficiently, and thoroughly to prevent long-term mold growth.
